What are the opening hours and prices?
Steam Complex is open seven days a week. Standard member entry is £17, couple entry is £25, and early entry/loyalty return rates start from £14. Latest hours and prices are listed on the Hours & Prices page.
Is membership required?
Yes. Steam Complex is a members-only venue. You can join on arrival, and no advance booking is needed.
Do I have to be gay to visit?
No. You do not need a label. Gay, bi, curious and questioning men all visit.
What facilities are available?
Facilities include pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna heat, lockers, showers, lounge areas, cafe bar, cinema rooms, play rooms, dungeon room, private cabins, free Wi-Fi, towel changes, hot drinks, condoms and lubricant.
What is Steam Complex's age and ID policy?
You must be 18 or over. Steam Complex operates Challenge 25, so bring valid photo ID if you may look under 25. Accepted ID includes passport, driving licence or PASS-marked card.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
For a normal visit, no booking is needed. Just arrive during opening hours. Some special events may differ, so check the event details before travelling.
